Fringe Bitmaps

To replace default line continuation/line wrap fringe bitmaps:
(adwaita-dark-theme-arrow-fringe-bmp-enable)

For specific packages:

• diff-hl:
  (eval-after-load 'diff-hl #'adwaita-dark-theme-diff-hl-fringe-bmp-enable)

• flycheck:
